Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and machine serial number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original industrial packaging, including all manuals, components, and the printed RMA form to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized logistics center or schedule a freight pickup for heavy machinery.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
